Buried Treasure (Part 1/2)

Materials: Fruit peels, cellophane wrappers, fast food containers, grass, gum, gum wrappers, plant leaves, plastic pieces, tin foil, tissue paper, tree leaves
Activity: Cut objects into small pieces (about 1” square). Place objects in plastic netting bags (sometimes used for onions or oranges). Bury bag in the ground. Dig the bag up one or two months later.
Big Questions: What do you think the objects will look like, when you dig them up next month? Why?
