Materials: Cereal box, tape, plastic bottle
Activity: Cut open a cereal box. Create ramps. (See links below for pictures.) Use painter's tape to attach ramps, so kids can easily reposition ramps. Use the top of a plastic bottle, as a funnel. Use Pop-Toobs.
Research Questions: How do the angle and shape of the ramp affect the path and speed of the marble? Shape of the ramp?
