Materials: Rope, scale
Activity: Play Tug of War!
Research Questions: Which team can pull a heavy sled faster? A few bigger kids, or lots of smaller kids? Which is a better way of pulling a heavy sled? A team that is spread out along the rope, or the team that is at the back of the rope? Which team will win tug of war? A few bigger kids, or lots of smaller kids?
