Tip #1: Tie objects to pool noodles using straws and pipe cleaners.
Tip #2: Make a hole in a pool noodle, by pushing a skewer through it. Replace the skewer with a pencil. Replace the pencil with a straw.
4. Hanging Plastic Bottle Water Wall. Plastic bottles have one or more holes drilled in each one. Jars are suspended with string.
